I have got the treatment for about 4 months from Dr Xuan.Dr Xuan is competent, responsible, and caring and his team member, Hany and Yeti are very cheerful, friendly, and helpful. This harmonised team made me feel encouraged and confident that I can be recovered.I did the weightlifting. Sometimes, I had felt my lowback sour after the exercise, but it was not so frequent in the beggining, and then the pain was gone after a week rest. The frequency of the sour pain was getting higher, shorter intervals, and also recovery time took getting longer. My condition, right before meeting Dr Xuan team, was serious and developed to the severe sciatica pain as well, pulvis joint to the side of my left thigh, and first toe pain via the side of my sin. Due to the overwhelming pains of my low back and sciatica, I was not able walk more than 5~10 meters which treatened my work life and family life. I seek the medical help at the clinic Doctors prescribed me the multiple types of painkillers which did not make my syptom to improve but my hands started shaking as the side effect. I wanted to keep the surgery as my last resort. So, I kept searching and following physiotherapy exercises in U-tube, but I could not see much improvement from them, and it built up more worries and doubts myself if the wrong diagnosis to worsen the symptoms and the uncertainty of my recovery.I had studied one subject in my schooling time, the introduction of sport therapies. So, I had a bit of information of Chiropractic. I googled, found Chiropractic First and my smooth treatment journey began from the moment.First consultation, spin X-Ray and review took within a week, it was very quick till getting the first treatment. In the review session, Dr Xuan diagnosed the cause of pains, explained the treatment targets and expecting recovery period. Therefore, I was clear how much time and money will be incurred in this whole process to redraft my life plan with the certainty.Right after the first treatment, I felt a bit of improvement, slightly longer walking distance till reaching the peak of the pain but it did not last long. For a few weeks' session, the improvement was stagnant and sometimes, the pain became more intense. However, I felt that Dr Xuan treats me his best and shares his heartfelt care in every session. Therefore, I kept trusting him that he will cure my symptoms. After about a month treatment, I could feel the intensity of my pain started to subside and one day, the pain was reduced significantly like stepping over the threshold and I could feel day to day improvement of my overwhelming pains which became trace sign only.I am still visiting Dr Xuan for treating the trace intensity of the symptom to achieve the full recovery stage. I am sure, my symptom will be eliminated from my life with Dr Xuan's team, one day.I appreciate Dr Xuan and his team's effort and cares. Awesome Dr Xuan and his team, as i had miss out my appointment earlier and check with Dr Xuan's staff (Ms Hany ) whether can i come in for adjustment as i am near Thomson Plaza. Despite the clinic is close, Ms Hany replied back that Dr Xuan is still in the clinic and he say i can come over for my adjustment. Really appreciate Dr Xuan and his team for accommodating as i know they are having their break and soon they need to travel to another clinic in the afternoon for their schedule at the other branch. Thanks Dr Xuan and teams for going the extra miles. YOU GUYS MAKE THE DIFFERENT for my family and my chiropractic experience as compare to others brands. It's a blessing for the company to have you all that go the extra miles. Hopefully your bosses will value and appreciate you all =)

I started with Chiropractic First many years ago due to lower back pain. It has been great and my lower back pain went away.The most recent incident, I injured my back (sprained/back muscle pulled), I can't bend down, can't turn my body, can't squat down, and getting in/out of bed was a big task.I went to Dr. Steve the next morning. He realigned my back and I could feel the immediate relief. While it is still pain but it is no longer a sharp pain. I could squat down and getting in/out of bed with ease. Rested for a day and went back to Dr. Steve the following day and this time, after alignment, I could bend down.4 days and 2 adjustments, my injury is gone. It is wonderful to be care by Dr Steve and team.

I have been coming to Chiropractic First, Upper Thomson Clinic for my neck, back & hip adjustments since June 2012. I understands it will take quite sometime for my stiff neck & back to recover.
