Update 15 March:It has been a while since my last review and I thought I would refresh it for 2024.I am glad that Dr Lee is still my chiropractor. Today, I saw him urgently because my neck was off-position when I was sleeping and I was in pain all morning.Dr Lee put me right at once by moving my neck back into position.Over the course of the year, Dr Lee has also helped me with my sinus blockage through my weekly chiro sessions.I have been a customer of Chiropractic First for almost 10 years now. Many people have asked me why I want to be adjusted every week and pay what they think is an expensive fee each time for a few minutes of adjustment.My active lifestyle imposes demands on my back and spine and I use my chiropractic adjustments to ensure that I am "well-maintained". In fact, I am quite horrified at the latent injuries that my fellow sports enthusiasts suffer during our training sessions, but shrug them off due to their youth (I am 20 to 30 years older than most of them).Even if I were not this active, having your spinal health checked regularly is hugely beneficial. As I tell others, perhaps chiropractic treatment is not for everyone, especially when considering the impact on disposable income. But if you can afford it (and you can if you cut down on other less important things), I highly recommend it.I have had about 8 chiropractors who have rotated through the same clinic I have been receiving my treatment. All of them are excellent but I will just review my current chiropractor. Dr Lee has amazing skills - his tactile sense of where my misalignments are is quite incredible. I know my own body well but to have him lay hands on my neck or back for a few seconds and tell me exactly where the pain is never ceases to amaze me.I recently had a slipped disc injury and a torn lower back ligament. Though I was in agony for a few months, Dr Lee slowly and steadily brought me back to recovery, and I can finally sit and walk normally.

Have been seeing Dr Lee since 2017. He has helped with my lower back problem (which i thought no one can cure). Been going weekly now for maintenance. I had an excellent experience on each visit to the practice. I don’t ever recall feeling this at ease in someone else’s care like I have with Mr. Lee as he was very knowledgeable and reassuring about what he was doing. He was always nice enough to answer my questions and deal with any concerns I had. By the end of my session with him, I definitely felt the benefits of improved flexibility around my neck and back. I really appreciate all the help I got!

He has a broad, knowledgable credentials from sports injuries to rehablitative adjustments.My back, neck & hip pains have bothered me all along. I finally took the advise of a friend of mine - having seen me constantly grappling with lower back and neck pain, she suggested Dr Lee at Chiropractic First would be my only solace. She spoke from experience and I thought maybe its worth a try. Have tried everything else so why not was my phone thought process. A sceptic at heart, I made an appointment for a consultation. A detailed history was asked off me and I did my best to chronologize all my past injuries and what nots! Followed by alignment checks, weight distribution checks and x-ray. I will remember my first adjustment vividly for the rest if my life- it was as if someone had turned on the lights in the room! The relief, the clarity, the lightness is indescribable. I realised Ive been taking the pain and stress for granted; or much worse, accepted it as a norm! Its been a couple of months now and pain is history and my range of motion and balance has significantly improved.I only have Dr Lee to thank; a very meticulous person and the penultimate of patience. Its very important that one is able to trust a doctor - especially since you are letting him/her work on your body. You would want their hands, attitude and focus to be clean - both literally and metaphorically. Dr Lee is exemplary this way. The effort he takes to explain the process and what is exactly happening with a body-I have no other to compare with. And he remembers each of his cases and studies it through the recovery plan one is prescribed. Every visit is a delight and im certain under Dr Lee’s care Im on the road to full recovery.
