Since Sep 2019, I have been visiting Chiropractic First at Plaza Singapura.My main bodypains are daily lower backache, frequent migraine and recent numbness felt on my right hand. I wish to thank Dr Stefan for everything, he is the best doctor. I came to know Dr Stefan during a roadshow and got to know it is hard to differentiate whether the lower back pain or stiffness I have is due to bone, muscle or any other things because the spinal code is very close with those. I went for a preliminary check and found out that I am weak in some muscle movement. Chance upon Chiropractic First at Plaza Singapura when Dr. Stefan and team were doing a roadshow. As i was having frequent neckpain, i did the posture check and found tension around my neck and back area. Since then, i signed up with them and Dr. Stefan have been doing adjustments on my spine and i feel nuch better ever since.Dr. Stefan is great and always made sure i understand the procedure. Saw Dr. Stefan for a neck pain I had been suffering from for a Long time. Relied on painkillers to get through the day but after Dr. Stefan’s adjustments, I’m happy to say that I haven’t had to take another painkiller. This has in turn helped to reduce the frequency of the headaches I get. Thank you Dr. Stefan!
