To anybody who cares for one’s health beingA look back from how far I have come and where I have been and the pain I have endure and this is all worth it, all thanks to Chiropractor First, Dr Moh and their team members.Since covid started, most of us work from home and we try to make do with the fixtures you have at home, make yourself comfortable and try to work through the hours not knowing what your body go through. Overtime you face muscle tense, body aching, bones creaking, bad posture, headaches, bad temperaments etc. The list gets longer and longer while you are trying to fix the problem. The fact is that you do not know what the problem is. There are also some underlining issues like sinus, occasionally stomach indigestion, cough etc, these are the bothersome health issues that you cannot feel it ahead of time and when it comes you think seeing doctor will do the magic. I am a firm believer that any form of medication be it Chinese or Western taken too much over a period of time will take a toil of your body.I started visiting TCM for two months and realized the remedy lasted only overnight. I thought this would help as it always did like 3 years back during the non covid days. Not much of a cure with the needles and suction so I decided to try with the bone specialist and googled and found Chiropractor First. I was lucky to be residing near Waterfront with a CF but I was skeptical if the doctors claimed they are as good as the google reviews. I can tell you now, they are damn good, and I have been with them since last year Sept.I began to realize that I have very little knowledge about the human structure called bones. To begin with trust, Dr Moh requested to first have my x-rays taken before he can explain what my road to recovery plan is. And it is going to be a long journey and it take some discipline to do so too. And it was also a learning curve for me to skim through the available books they had in their stores while waiting for my adjustment turn.My first stage to recovery is occasional sinus, cough and stomach indigestion miraculously slowly disappears. My body over a period of 3 months was unable to endure being in a slouching position and with no medication you tend to be quicker and faster with your thoughts. Of course, discipline plays an important role here. Less or no exercise really makes me really edgy during this period of times but Dr Moh also taught me simple stretching exercises targeting at my affected areas.I hope for anyone who needs this sort of help, head down to Chiropractor First and start making your first appointment and you will not regretBR, RT

What to expect when you get treatment from Dr. Moh - results.I appreciate how he breaks the whole program down. He takes the time to patiently explain everything that is incremental to the success of the treatment. He is very consistent with how he treats and manages his patients both young and old.
